GAP routines - Cubic polynomial conditions.
These routines are written in GAP language. They were used to generate relations in a group algebra of a group generated by a,b modulo a finite number of cubic relations (x-1)^3=0, in a joint work with Alexandre Griskov - IME/USP and Said Sidki - MAT/UnB, On groups with cubic polynomial conditions( ref. arxiv ).
At the beginning of each routine there is a brief description of its use. The first step in using these functions is to call the file readall in the prompt of GAP. It initializes other functions; call the package GBNP and sets some parameters. These routines do not work automatically, they serve to assist in the calculation of relations in a finitely presented algebra.
